We purchased a house that needed renovations and had a about 4 months before we planned to move in. We were on a short timeline and an even shorter on budget. We got lucky when we found CTS Remodeling! They were able to work within our timeline and budget. Patrick provided an acccurate quote and time frame for our first floor remodel. He demo-ed the old kitchen, removed walls and expanded the area with a new footprint and island for an open plan, including dry wall and new wood flooring. I am particular, but he rolled with a few change orders, and gave creative ideas when I got stuck. He was on site every day, and always responded to texts and phone calls - great communication. The job was estimated to take 6 weeks and it took 9 weeks because things happen when you remove walls.
