Patrick provided an acccurate quote and time frame for our first floor remodel. He demo-ed the old kitchen, removed walls and expanded the area with a new footprint and island for an open plan, including dry wall and new wood flooring. I am particular, but he rolled with a few change orders, and gave creative ideas when I got stuck. He was on site every day, and always responded to texts and phone calls - great communication. The job was estimated to take 6 weeks and it took 9 weeks because things happen when you remove walls. He re-constructed a new cabinet drawer to make room for existing plumbing that had been in a wall, preserving most of the storage in the drawer! I would recommend Patrick for any job.Read More
